VIckie and Mike asked us give some character to their front garden that was dated and using a lot of water. There was a lot of grass, terrible soil, lots of rosemary and 4 Pear trees all of which were challenged at best. San Carlos has a large deer population and so it was important to choose water wise plants that they wouldn't eat. We added the stucco planter boxes for a dramatic effect and played the color of the new walkway and stucco to pull out the neutrality of the gray which works well against plants. Gray makes plants pop!
